Styling for your senior session

Your senior session is such a a fun part of your senior year! It's a chance to dress up, shine and have fun. Planning the outfits is half the fun but it can be overwhelming if you don't know where to start.

Step 1: Write down what vibe you're going for. Whether it's a city vibe, long prairie grass, in the studio, your sport, in the water, or in a forest. Make a list of what type of location represents you. Together we can figure out the route that needs to be taken.

Step 2: Once you have your location in mind you can start to figure out your outfits. Think of the season that your session is in and write what comes to mind when you're thinking of your location. Try to include variety in your outfits. Include a pop of color, have a dressy outfit, go casual, or incorporate your activity. The CMP style closet as SO many great options. What photographs well?

If you choose to shop on your own and not in the CMP style closet, look for pieces with different textures and color. Textures include; fringe, fur, shiny and matte. Color and texture add so much to any photo for interest.
